We are currently seeking reliable, full-time Site Supervisors to join our team. The position requires working 30 hours per week. The starting hourly rate will range from $30 to $39, depending on skills and qualifications. In this role, you will be responsible for performing a wide range of related tasks, including:

• Supervise daily site operations, ensuring that tasks are completed according to plans, specifications, and timelines.

• Coordinate and manage construction staff, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure efficient workflow.

• Ensure the health and safety of workers by enforcing safety protocols and regulations.

• Monitor high-risk activities and ensure appropriate safety measures, such as hazard identification, risk assessment, and the use of personal protective equipment (PPE), are implemented and adhered to.

• Perform quality control checks and inspections to maintain high standards on-site.

• Communicate with the project manager and other stakeholders to provide progress updates and report any issues or delays.

• Manage and maintain construction equipment, tools, and materials to ensure they are available and in good working condition.

• Monitor the work environment for compliance with relevant safety and environmental regulations.

• Assist with the training and mentoring of new staff and workers.

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• A minimum of 2 years experience in a site or safety supervisor role, or a similar position, preferably with a background in construction or heavy industry.
• Proven ability to manage operations and lead diverse teams in a dynamic setting, with the capacity to handle multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
• Availability to work early mornings and weekends, depending on work arrangements.
• Physically fit and able to work in various weather conditions and at heights.
• Excellent communication skills and a strong commitment to adhering to safety procedures and guidelines.
• Successful completion of a pre-employment drug test and police check is required.
