$25 - $30 Hourly

Permanent Part time

• Two positions available - morning or afternoon shifts

We are a fully plant-based bakery looking for some great people to join our awesome team at our Petone kitchen and new cafe!

We have two positions available:

• Position 1: Kitchenhand + occasional delivery driver & bakers-hand

  • 4am - 9am, Monday to Sunday

  • You will primarily be smashing out the dishes and keeping the kitchen clean and tidy. You will also be the backup delivery driver, and you will help the bakers in the morning preparing baked goods for the day if needed!

  • A full NZ drivers license and clean driving record is required.

• Position 2: Kitchenhand + occasional FOH

  • 11am - 5pm, Monday to Sunday

  • You will primarily be smashing out the dishes and keeping the kitchen clean and tidy. Some experience and/or confidence and a friendly attitude is required, as you will occasionally help out front in the cafe!

We have multiple vacancies for the two positions above - we envision hiring 4 or 5 people, working 3 or 4 days per week.

• Our kitchen/cafe is located on Jackson St in Petone (free parking nearby). The kitchen services our 3 bakeries in Wellington City, soon to be 4 with the addition of our Jackson St cafe (opening end of April).

• Your hours and start times will be finalised based on our discussions together throughout the application process. Hours/days will stay as consistent as possible once set.

• Starting approx May 3rd (flexible)

• Rates from $26 p/h

• Applicant must have current NZ work status/visa.
