This role is based at Auckland Spinal Rehabilitation Unit site in Bairds Road, Otahuhu. You will need to transcribe Spinal Cord Injury dictation as well as other administration tasks as part of the Administration Team.

If you are an experienced Dictaphone typist looking for a new challenge, then this is the job for you. Previous medical typing experience would be a definite advantage. Full training will be provided to the successful applicant.

This is a part time role, working 20 hours a week Monday to Wednesday and hours can be flexible between the hours of 7:30am to 1700pm.

About you:

The person we are looking for will be a team player, have a clear understanding about the importance of producing accurate work, can cope with the pressure of needing to stick to strict deadlines. We are also looking for someone who is flexible and has approachable disposition.

The ideal candidate will need to have;

• Excellent Dictaphone typing skills
• Excellent command of the English language
• Willingness to work as part of a team
• Good time management and interpersonal skills

The salary range is dependent on skills and experience and will be paid in line with the National Administration Collective agreement.
