Your Impact

Were on the lookout for a committed and reliable individual to be the face of Asahi Beverages NZ out in the market. Our merchandisers play a pivotal role in making sure our brands are available for consumers to purchase and enjoy responsibly. This role is essential for driving executional excellence in Traditional Liquor stores throughout Auckland. The role is key to supporting our ABNZ Area Sales Managers and our customers.

You will play a key role in maintaining the professional presentation and availability of ABNZ products in stores. You will be responsible for managing store compliance with promotional activities, assisting with new product launches, and ensuring high standards in product availability.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure ABNZ products meet store ranging requirements while driving optimal on-shelf positioning of products through relays.

• Oversee stock levels, product rotation, and display execution in fridges, chillers, and floor displays.

• Communicate effectively with store personnel and other ABNZ team members.

• Comply with safety practices and report any hazards or incidents.

• Collaborate with other representatives and merchandisers as needed.

About You

Youll need to be comfortable working autonomously, possess strong initiative and a proactive approach to your work. Being planned and organised is key to success in this role, so youll need to be able to identify your priorities and plan out how youll deliver on them.

• Prior experience in a merchandising or FMCG customer service role.

• Excellent time management and planning skills.

• Current drivers license & personal vehicle and ability to perform manual handling tasks.

• Strong customer focused attitude with the ability to work independently.
