Mō tēnei tūranga mahi | Tulaga o le galuega | About the role The Front End Developer will be involved in developing and maintaining user-friendly web application with a focus on responsive design. Theyll collaborate with UX/UI designers to implement engaging and interactive features while optimizing applications for maximum speed and scalability. Developing new user-facing features in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript plus frameworks like React, Angular or Vue.js is part of the job, as well as developing and maintaining user interfaces that adhere to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG), ensuring compatibility with screen readers, keyboard navigation and other assistive technologies. • At least 4 years proven experience as a Front End Developer or in a similar role.
• Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern front-end frameworks (such as React, Angular, Fluent UI, or Vue.js.).
• Experience with responsive and adaptive design principles.
• Strong understanding of web development best practice, including accessibility and SEO.
• Knowledge of development programming tools and task runners (e.g. Webpack, Gulp).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to details.
• Skilled in the continuous improvement of work practices, systems, and processes.
• A Certificate in a relevant field, such as Web or Graphic Design is desirable.
• Familiarity with version control system, such as Git.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
