Engender Technologies is on an exciting journey to transform the dairy industry with our innovative gender selection technology. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Development Manager to lead our product development initiatives and bring our cutting-edge solutions to market.

About the Role:

As the Product Development Manager, you will oversee the entire product lifecycle, from initial concept through to commercialization. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, research, marketing, and production, to ensure our products meet customer needs and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the product development process, ensuring alignment with the companys vision and market demands.
• Collaborate with engineers and scientists to define product specifications and requirements.
• Manage project timelines, resources, and budget to ensure successful product launches.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs and trends.
• Facilitate cross-functional communication and collaboration throughout the product development lifecycle.
• Coordinate testing and validation of products to ensure quality and performance.
• Develop and maintain documentation related to the product development process.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Biotech, or a related field; an advanced degree is a plus.
• 5+ years of experience in product development or project management, preferably in a technology-driven environment.
• Strong understanding of product development processes and methodologies.
• Proven track record of successfully launching products from concept to market.
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
