This is a 6 Month Fixed Term, Wellington based position.

In this this role, youll need to be:

• A true Senior HR generalist with solid experience in either public or private sector.
• Skilled in Employment Relations, able to support leaders in navigating their employment relations landscape.
• A doer who knows how to lead, plan, and roll out key people initiatives.
• A collaborator, backed by the confidence and diplomacy to handle complex situations like a pro.
• A critical thinker who can apply your insights pragmatically to achieve great business outcomes while keeping our people focus front and centre.
• Passionate about driving our Organisational Development initiatives.
• Skilled at translating and communicating the "what we do" and the "why we do it" to stakeholders at all levels.
• Patient, persistent, and resilient - a true powerhouse!

The expected appointing range is $130,000 to $140,000 depending on experience
