What will you do?

In this role in the newly formed Customer Research & Innovation team, you will lead our customer research practice and be the guardian of research insights as our Experience Researcher. This role combines expertise in research methodologies with CX and service design to drive customer-centric innovation. Collaborating closely with Designers, Product Managers, Marketing, Engineering and Operations teams, as well as external agencies, youll play a pivotal role in shaping customer journeys and enhancing experiences.

Key responsibilities include:

• Lead and conduct qualitative and quantitative customer and competitor research to inform tactical and strategic decisions.
• Establish and optimise research operations by organising resources and processes to ensure research initiatives are impactful and deliver maximum value.
• Build and maintain a research repository, capturing customer insights, market trends, and competitor analysis to serve as a knowledge hub.
• Create research deliverables such as reports, wireframes andjourney maps and design human-centred solutions that elevate user experiences.
• Facilitate design thinking workshops and collaborate with cross-functional teams to address pain points and opportunitiesuncovered through research to drive innovation.
• Partner with external agencies to deliver specialised research projects to deliver impactful outcomes.
