Are you passionate about transforming data into actionable insights? Do you thrive in a dynamic environment, engaging with stakeholders to drive change? If so, join our Transformation Office as a Transformation Planning & Strategy Analyst.

In this role, youll support the Transformation Orchestration team by engaging with stakeholders to source, capture, manipulate, and analyse data, creating actionable insights. Youll solve complex problems, present data effectively, and work closely with stakeholders to collect and collate data. Youll provide analytics, modelling, and data visualisation expertise to derive competitive advantage from data on our customers and business.

Youll create engaging visualisations for faster, better decision-making, deliver solutions using analytic excellence, and provide insights to business stakeholders supporting various outcomes. Youll organise data presentations in visually innovative ways, increase data visualisation fluency through workshops and interactions, and develop rapid analytics prototypes to demonstrate potential, building production-ready models, visualisations, dashboards, reports, and scorecards.

At Kiwibank, we will help you build on your strengths and learn new skills, but in the meantime, we would love to hear from you if you have some experience in the following:

• Stakeholder engagement and communication skills, including the ability to confidently engage with stakeholders from across the business.
• Data visualisation, data analysis, and data storytelling to ensure effective communication of business analytics.
• Data discovery, visualisation, and/or infographic technologies.
• Data management, database management systems, and process improvement methodologies.
• Using a range of analytic techniques to identify opportunities and actively address business problems.
• Other data manipulation technologies, agile product lifecycle management, and data wrangling.
• Microsoft suite, including Power Query, Lists, Excel, and PowerBI.
• Using analytical software and techniques to unlock insights from large and complex data sets - SQL, Python, and/or R experience preferred.
