Position- Store Manager

Job duties and responsibilities-

1. Recruit, train, and develop store staff, including sales representatives and

repair technicians.

2. Monitor team performance, providing coaching and feedback to ensure high

levels of productivity and customer service.

3. Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, motivating the team to

achieve sales and service goals.

4. Ensure an excellent shopping and service experience by greeting, assisting,

and resolving customer inquiries and issues.

5. Handle escalated customer concerns or complaints professionally, providing

satisfactory resolutions.

6. Achieve store sales targets by monitoring and optimising sales performance.

7. Implement sales strategies and promotions to drive customer engagement and

revenue growth.

8. Set competitive pricing strategies in line with company goals to drive revenue

growth.

9. Formulate and implement marketing strategies and promotions to drive

customer engagement and increase sales.

10. Promote and advertise store products and repair services, including managing

in-store displays, signage, and social media efforts.

11. Analyse market trends to adjust marketing efforts and stay competitive.

12. Collaborate with suppliers to negotiate prices and ensure timely product

availability.

13. Manage budgets, control costs, and oversee inventory management, including

stock ordering.

14. Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures,

cash handling, and maintaining records.

15. Ensure the accurate management of inventory, including conducting regular

stock checks, managing reordering, and monitoring product displays.

16. Maintain a clear understanding of all products, services, and repair procedures

offered in-store.

17. Provide basic technical knowledge to customers, guiding them on products

and repair options.

18. Oversee repair services, ensuring repairs are completed accurately and

promptly.

19. Collaborate with repair technicians to meet quality standards and address any

issues.

20. Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $32.00 - $34.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 - 40 per week

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
