Job Title- Assistant Store Manager

Description

We are looking for an experienced assistant store manager who can efficiently run the store.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing departments including frozen, Dairy, Grocery, Smokes.
• Assist in determining product mix and stock levels.
• Assist inventory control and loss prevention for incoming, outgoing and current stock.
• Assist in managing the day-to-day store operations.
• Assist in organising the operations of a retail trading establishment.
• Assist in promoting and advertising the establishments goods and services.
• Resolve customer complaints and enquiries and escalate any matters of support to Senior Management where required.

Job Requirements

*Minimum three years of managerial experience dealing with customers on a regular basis (sales/retail/management/finance etc.)

*Self-Managing skills

*Good communication skills and friendly

Efficient cash handling & POS experience.

Hours for this role are 40 hours per week and involves working on weekend and public holiday.

Salary Hourly pay rate will be $28-$32(depending upon experience).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $25.00 per hour
