About the Role As a Kit Assembler, youll play a vital role in ensuring surgeons have the critical medical device kits they need to perform life-changing procedures. Every kit contains implants, instruments, and equipment, all meticulously prepared by our dedicated kit team. Youll be responsible for:- Picking, packing, and dispatching medical device kits efficiently and accurately
- Ensuring kits are delivered in-full and on-time
- Conducting quality checks on returned kits
- Maintaining accurate records in our system
- Collaborating with hospital staff, sales representatives, and customer service teams
- Team player - Build strong relationships and collaborate effectively
- Detail-oriented - Your keen eye ensures precision in every kit
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment - You love a challenge and stay motivated
- Problem-solver - Quick thinking and adaptability are key

- Must have full New Zealand working rights, a car, and a drivers license
- Must be able to work a rotating roster with shifts from 7am to 7pm, on-call and occasional evening work
