Carousel Bar is looking for a dedicated and dynamic Duty Manager to help lead our team and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. If you thrive in a fast-paced hospitality environment, have a passion for great service, and love the energy of a buzzing bar, we want to hear from you!

About the Role:

As Duty Manager, youll be responsible for:

Overseeing bar operations and ensuring top-tier customer service

Leading and supporting staff during shifts

Managing stock, cash handling, and compliance with licensing regulations

Maintaining a vibrant, welcoming atmosphere for guests

Problem-solving on the go and keeping the night running smoothly

What Were Looking For:

Previous experience in a similar role (or strong supervisory experience in hospitality)

A hands-on leader with excellent communication skills

Strong knowledge of bar operations, including cocktails and stock control

Ability to stay calm under pressure and think on your feet

Passion for nightlife, music, and creating memorable guest experiences

Must be available to work over summer!
