Business Performance Manager

- Designing, developing, and maintaining scalable data pipelines and architectures to support business performance analysis
- Analysing technology and data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Developing and implementing strategies to optimise processes and performance
- Leading cross-functional projects to improve operational efficiency and data infrastructure
- Maintaining performance dashboards to observe and track business metrics.
- Proven working experience in Data Engineering, Business Performance Management, Analytical and Insights or a similar role
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with, and interpret complex data and provide actionable insights
- Proficient in data engineering tools and languages such as SQL, Python and building ETL processes
- An understanding of data governance, data quality, data visualisation and tools such as Power BI or Tableau
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build rapport with internal stakeholders and a team player
- Strong problem-solving skills and business acumen
- General understanding of statistics
- Experience with Power Platform, MS Dynamics 365, Python and SAS will be advantageous
- Tertiary qualification in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics or similar preferred.
