Butchers

We are looking for multiple experienced butchers to join our team in Wellington region.

The roles day-to-day tasks include but are not limited to:

• Select, cuts, trims, prepares and arranges meat ready for sale/supply
• Operate meat processing machines
• Manage the process in the production process
• Preparing meat by removing bones, trimming fat, cutting, mincing to shape and size for display and for sale

To qualify for this role, you need to have:

• At least 3-year experience in the industry
• Work as a team
• Excellent communication skills and can-do attitude
• Ability and fexibility on a rostered basis work, early & night shifts, as well as working throughout weekends and public holidays.
• Have your own transport to work, preferrably with a full drivers licence.
• Have NZ citizenship, residency or valid work visa.

For the right candidate, we offer an hourly rate from $30 - $40 per hour, depending on your experience with guarantteed 30 hours per week.
