About us Located at our Auckland Branch in Highbrook our Customer Support team is critical in delivering a service that exceeds our customers expectations.  As a close knit team you will often hear laughter and chatter amongst them.

The role We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative who has strong administrative skills, a keen problem solver and communicates well with a variety of stakeholders to deliver great service to our customers.

This is a fulltime, Monday to Friday role with the occasional rostered weekend work.

Key responsibilities include:

• Building rapport with customers.
• Excellent communication skills, whether written or by phone.
• Work with internal and external customers to answer queries and resolve issues.
• Ensure bookings to DCs is completed in a timely manner.
• Work closely with operations to resolve customer queries.
• Accurate processing of transport documents.
• Assist drivers to ensure the DIFOT of customers is achieved.
