Dairy Shop Manager

B and P Partnership Limited is a leading dairy shop chain, dedicated to providing high-quality products and exceptional customer service. Were seeking 2x experienced and dynamic Store Managers to lead our team and drive success in our stores for minimum 30 hours. This will be rotational role, and you may require working in our shops based in Ilam, Hornby and Belfast region (all based in Canterbury).

Responsibilities:

• - Manage day-to-day store operations, including sales, customer service, and inventory management
• - Lead and train a team of store assistants
• - Achieve sales targets and implement strategies to increase sales and customer engagement
• - Maintain high store standards, including visual merchandising, cleanliness, and safety
• - Manage inventory, orders, and stock control
• - Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and customers
• - Managing finances

Requirements:

• - 2 years of retail management experience or relevant qualifications
• - Proven track record of achieving sales targets and leading successful teams
• - Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• - Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
