About the role Reporting to the Hotel General Manager, as the Executive Assistant Hotel Manager, youre the go-to for any operational or guest query and theres no problem that you cant solve (always with a smile). You have a natural affinity for making people feel at home and you inspire the same GoMAD (go make a difference) attitude among your team. You embrace the ‘big picture, without losing sight of financial targets and strategic goals. Now, lets talk about you:
  • Youre a seasoned manager or restaurateur with a proven track record in Food & Beverage, event planning, and execution. While hotel industry experience is valued, its not a deal-breaker.
  • Your leadership style is natural, inspiring, and empowering. Youre passionate about Food & Beverage, and your expertise speaks volumes.
