The Opportunity

• Work as a Facilities Manager across multiple commercial and Industrial assets
• Multi-million-dollar service agreements in place, opportunity to work across both hard and soft services
• Ensure a high level of Customer satisfaction through the efficient and effective delivery of all building services within the building
• Risk management compliance and sustainability initiatives
• Manage the delivery of all Facilities Management services, tenant liaison and contractor management

• Facilities manager with experience across commercial assets
• The ability to build strong, effective working relationships with clients and colleagues
• A working knowledge of all property onsite facilities services, soft and had services
• Experienced in stakeholder management, tenants, clients, colleagues and contractors
