A Finance Lending Specialist opportunity has arisen to join the MTF Central Otago team at 1091 Frankton Road Frankton, Queenstown. We are part of a nationwide network of local people providing tailor-made finance solutions since 1970.

We are looking for an individual who has a passion for lending, sales, and customer service. This role offers you the opportunity to advance your career in Finance and become an integral part of MTF Central Otago.

On a daily basis you will provide lending decisions and support through the application process from start to finish. You will have exceptional customer service, sales and communication skills. Be detail focused, and able to communicate in writing, over the phone, and in person. You will look after your own customer base and help seek new opportunities for new customers to grow a solid book.

We will support you with the best technology and training to enable you to lend in a responsible way.

To be the best for this role you must have:

  • A minimum of 3 years experience in lending, sales or customer service
  • Excellent relationship building
  • A good understanding with numbers and attention to detail
  • The ability to juggle multiple tasks
  • Community spirited with a great personality
  • Be actively involved in the community.
