Financial Analyst

Job Title: Financial Analyst Company: C10 Ltd t/a Acounta Full-Time We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Financial Analyst to join our dynamic team. This is a junior position ideal for individuals with either at least 2 years of relevant work experience or individuals with a Bachelor of Commerce degree with a focus in finance or accounting. Financial Analyst - Junior Position Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing financial reports.
• Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
• Support budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business objectives.
• Analyze financial data and provide recommendations to management for operational efficiency.
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements in compliance with accounting standards.
• Monitor and track financial performance against budgets and forecasts.
• Support audits by providing necessary financial data and documentation.
• Help evaluate investment opportunities and assist in financial modeling.
• Colaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze key business metrics and support decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, controls, and external regulations.

Qualifications: Education:

• Bachelors degree in Commerce (major in Finance / Accounting preferred); or
• A minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in finance or accounting may be considered in lieu of a degree.

Skills:

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling.
• Experience with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle) is a plus.
• Excelent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skils.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to communicate financial information in a clear and concise manner.

• Understanding of financial statements and general accounting

This is a ful-time position with guaranteed hours of 37.5 hours per week.
