Grada Recruitment is currently looking for an experienced Foreman or Site manager with Demolition experience across residential and commercial Deconstruction projects to join their busy team and lead works across the Auckland market The Role As a foreman / Site Manager, you will be expected to work hand in hand with the Project Manager to plan and execute works safely and productively.

You will be tasked with mentoring the more junior team members, alongside keeping the projects running smoothly. The Company Our client has a strong reputation for quality and building longstanding relationships with a variety of clients across the market.

• 4+ years of experience in the Demolition space
• Proactive and driven Attitude thats always 3 steps ahead of the team
• Strong communicator, both written and verbal
• Full drivers license along with WTR
• Ability to problem solve and be conscious of the commercial implications
