Tenpin Tauranga are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Front of House Team Member to join their fun and dynamic team.Front of House Team Member Location: Tauranga, Central Bay of Plenty Hours: Part-Time (20+ hours), Weekday Evenings & Weekends Pay: Starting at $25 plus p/h + 50% discount on food + Health Insurance Bring your energy and enthusiasm and ensure our customers have the best time bowling, playing laser tag, mini golf, arcade games, and so much more. About Ten Pin Tauranga: Were a complete entertainment experience featuring 20 bowling lanes, brand new Mini-Golf!, Laser Tag, Arcade Games, our Mighty Burger Café, and a licensed Bar and Gaming Lounge. Rain or shine, were where Tauranga comes to play! Your Role: As the face of Tenpin, youll create memorable experiences by:

• Welcoming guests with genuine enthusiasm
• Managing bookings and payments efficiently
• Serving food and drinks with a smile
• Solving problems on the fly

Youll Have:

• A vibrant, customer-first personality
• Bar service eligibility (must be Age 20+ to apply)
• Flexibility for shifts. Weekday evenings and weekends day and night shifts available
• Point of Sale experience on the Till and using Eftpos
• Quick thinking and attention to detail
• Reliable transportation to get to work

Bonus Points for:

• Duty Manager Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
• POS experience (we use QubicaAMF Conqueror X system)
