Join Fisher & Paykel Appliances as a Sales Support Consultant and be an essential part of delivering exceptional service while supporting our sales teams across New Zealand and Australia. Our team operates Monday to Friday between 9am and 5.30pm, ensuring consistent support for customers in these markets. About the Role: In this fast-paced and dynamic position, youll manage orders, support customer relationships, and coordinate with internal teams like warehouses, accounts, and carriers. Youll ensure everything runs smoothly—from placing orders to post-sales follow-ups—all while working remotely from anywhere in Auckland, with occasional office days based in East Tamaki. This is a fixed-term contract opportunity for up to 12 months. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage order processing, project coordination, and post-sales follow-ups.
- Build trusted relationships by providing updates and seamless support.
- Provide tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
- Maintain accurate records in platforms like Salesforce and JDE.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional customer experiences, with a strong focus on maintaining high standards of positive and solution-oriented service.
- Strong communication skills and a professional, proactive attitude.
- Confidence with systems like Salesforce and Microsoft Office.
