HR Advisor

Our client works on a hybrid model, with a mix of office time and working from home. This role may also require travel to other Auckland sites and across the North Island.
Duties:
- Deliver high-volume employment relations (ER) support to both the Support Centre and Supply Chain divisions.
- Provide expert guidance and coaching to leaders on a broad spectrum of ER matters, including complex and sensitive issues.
- Collaborate with leaders to manage ER cases from initiation to resolution, encompassing:
- Disciplinary procedures
- Workplace investigations
- Performance management processes
- Absenteeism concerns
- Develop and implement proactive ER tools and frameworks to enhance leadership capability.
- Equip leaders with the knowledge and resources necessary to independently and effectively manage ER responsibilities
The role is to start immediately until March 2026.
