Were now seeking an experienced, talented and disciplined Junior Sous Chef to assist the Head Chef in delivering a great variety of Pasifika meals and there is an extensive range of opportunities to showcase your culinary skills. You will have strong communication skills who will educate, motivate and inspire a team of highly skilled chefs. In addition to your Chef qualifications you will be professional, creative and have a positive attitude. You will have a sound understanding of a kitchen structure and operation and be able to work autonomously. Due to the dynamic nature of our business, this position will cover a range of shifts, so flexibility is key.

Stunning views and food to match - Orbit Revolving Restaurant offers brassiere style a la carte New Zealand cuisine at the top of the Sky Tower, 190 metres off the ground. The dining room rotates once every hour, providing a truly unique experience and amazing 360-degree views of Auckland City.
