The Junior Web Developer position at Te Kura is a role responsible for enhancing the schools online presence through the development of educational online resources. In addition to this, the individual in this role will play an essential part in the management of the schools intranet and internet systems, ensuring their functionality for both internal and external purposes.
This position plays a vital role in supporting the schools mission, vision, and values, while adhering to Te Kuras policies and procedures, including health and safety guidelines.

The ideal candidate for the Junior Web Developer role will hold a relevant qualification and brings extensive experience in web development, client and server-side processing, as well as problem-solving. Preferrably have a diploma or degree in web development or a related field. Have expert knowledge of HTML5, CSS, PHP scripting, Javascript, and Adobe Creative Suite.
You are adept at effective communication, both written and verbal, and proficient in design software. Have a collaborative nature, proactive planning, and commitment to continuous improvement make them a valuable addition.
