Marketing Specialist

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing policies and plans to achieve company goals and objectives.
• Conduct market research to identify opportunities and trends in the smart home and security industry.
• Plan and organise the companys brand promotion and marketing activities across various channels, including online and offline promotion (digital, print, social media etc.).
• Operate and manage social media platforms (WeChat, Rednote, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) and increase customer awareness and market share.
• Create and optimize brand promotional materials such as brochures, flyers, advertisements, website content, etc.
• Participate in exhibitions and industry events to increase brand exposure and expand business cooperation opportunities.
• Monitor and analyse campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments to optimize results and support business growth.

Job requirements:

• Bachelors degree or above, marketing, advertising media, e-commerce and other related majors are preferred.
• More than 1 year of marketing experience, experience in smart home, security equipment or electronic products industry is preferred.
• Familiar with new media marketing, rich experience in social media operations, and can use Canva, PS, AI and other design tools are preferred.
• Have excellent communication skills, be able to write and optimize promotional content.
• Have a team spirit, can independently plan and implement marketing plans.
• Have a high sense of responsibility and execution, good at innovation, and strong ability to withstand pressure.
