We are seeking a friendly, professional, and organized Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our company. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. As the face of our organization, the Receptionist will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere for clients, visitors, and employees.

• Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive

• Direct visitors to the appropriate person

• Answer and screen incoming phone calls

• Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and materials

• Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email

• Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries

• Schedule appointments

• Perform other clerical receptionist duties

• Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

• Hands-on experience with office equipment

• Professional attitude and appearance

• Solid written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise

• Excellent organizational skills

• Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
