Senior Customer Care Representative - CS&Co.

We are looking for an experienced Senior Customer Care Representative to join our team based in Mangere. This role is perfect for a proactive and detail-oriented professional with strong SAP experience and advanced Excel skills, who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. You will be responsible for seamless order processing, returns, and customer queries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately process orders via SAP, including telephone and electronic orders
  • Resolve customer queries, complaints, and escalate complex issues when necessary
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by meeting response times and service quality expectations
  • Assist in processing credits and supporting Key Account Managers
  • Monitor and assess customer interactions to ensure service excellence
  • Data entry, pricing processes, and sales order keying
  • Support special projects and seasonal duties as required
  • Work closely with Sales, Finance, Warehouse, and Key Account Teams to ensure smooth operations
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and operational efficiencies

What Were Looking For:

  • Proven experience in a senior customer service role, ideally within FMCG, distribution, or supply chain
  • SAP experience is essential - strong knowledge of order processing and data management
  • Advanced Excel skills - ability to work with large datasets, pivot tables, and reporting
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills to resolve customer issues effectively
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a high-pressure environment while maintaining accuracy
