A bit about the role:

We are looking for a Cleaning Site Supervisor to manage the contracts in accordance with Spotless policies and procedures to ensure a high-quality service is provided to the client. The Cleaning Supervisor is further responsible for providing solid leadership & training to staff teams, building growth and ensuring the long-term sustainability of the contracts.

Nga pūkenga matua | Important Skills

• Previous experience as a Cleaning Supervisor or in a similar role is an advantage
• Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, flexible and versatile.
• Sound written and verbal English skills.
• Ability to influence with demonstrated leadership behaviours that empower others
