Our seasonal teams are fun and made up of a diverse mix of people of all ages and nationalities. This position will start in September 2025 and continue through the summer season until April 2026. About the role: This is a seasonal position with flexibility around duration - Northland is a beautiful destination to spend your summer, and our spa is the perfect spot for someone looking to get away from the hustle and bustle. In this role you will:

• Provide professional and 5-star quality guest service
• Carry out all spa treatments in line with our high standards
• Maintain a proficient knowledge of spa services and products, understanding all applications and benefits
• Booking appointments, assisting with inquiries and answering phone calls
• Keeping our luxurious Spa looking beautiful

What you will bring:

• Ideally a diploma level qualification in beauty and / or massage therapy
• Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in hotel environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Immaculate presentation and grooming
