WHAT YOULL DO

Youll primarily be the smiling face that leads our teams in serving and selling to customers within our fantastic Spark Pukekohe Store.

As a Store Lead, you will be responsible for:

• Leading the Home Base in the delivery and performance of our targets (strong commercial acumen).
• Driving and maintaining a Growth Mindset culture
• Working to ensure day to day operations run smoothly.
• Working day-to-day as part of the team (on the tools)
• Able represent the voice of the customer to our stakeholders - and customer-centric by putting them at the centre of everything we do.
• Motivating the team towards goals via coaching and feedback
• Supporting and driving to Sparks Unified Frontline vision and purpose

As a Store Lead you are:
