Te Whiwhinga mahi | The opportunity

As the Ticketing Programme Director, you will be esponsible for maintaining the Ticketing Programme Strategy and for leading and managing overall programme delivery. This includes oversight and control of engagement with key internal and external stakeholders and delivery of project design, implementation, including business change activities and customer related change activities relating to the implementation of the Early Integration and migration to the National Ticketing Solution (NTS) as well as day-to-day projects and activities to support Ticketing for AT.

The Programme will have multiple delivery streams, technology, business change, and marketing and customer communications, to name a few. You will actively manage risk, contracts, and budgets associated with the programme overall, including ensuring the appropriate governance and reporting is of high standard, delivered on time and presented to governance forums and key stakeholders in line with agreed standards.

This a critical leadership role where you will be required to understand technical aspects of the solution in order to resolve conflicts.

  • 15 years relevant experience in programme management within technology and related industries
  • Experience in managing significant change internally and externally
  • Experience of working in partnership with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders to create excellent services
  • Experience in growing, developing, and retaining project teams.
  • Programme financial management expertise.
  • Evidence of programme director level delivery experience in large-scale IT technical contracts
  • Certified in either PMP, Prince2 or an equivalent industry recognised qualification
  • Knowledge of ticketing systems and/or payment industry is highly desirable
