Global Vision Recruitment on behalf of Dharma Fuels Pty Ltd T/A Ultra Petroleum Gilgandra Date Posted: 08th May 2026 ABN: Position: Store Person Salary: $80,000 to $85,000 + 12% Superannuation Basis of Employment: Full-time (38 hours per week) Location of workplace: 176/178 Warren Rd, Gilgandra NSW 2827 Dharma Fuels Pty Ltd T/A Ultra Petroleum Gilgandra is a family-operated service station and convenience store located at 178 Warren Road, Gilgandra, NSW 2827. Opened in September 2024, it offers premium fuel, hot food, coffee, gas swaps, and 24/7 convenience store services. The site focuses on competitive pricing and local service seeking a reliable and motivated Store Person to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work in a fast-paced retail and warehouse environment. Key Responsibilities: • Unload deliveries safely and efficiently • Inspect incoming stock for accuracy, damage, and quality • Record and report any discrepancies or damages • Organise and maintain warehouse and storeroom inventory • Label, categorize, and store items in designated locations • Ensure stock is rotated according to FIFO (First In, First Out) principles • Monitor stock levels and report shortages or overstock • Pick and pack orders accurately and in a timely manner • Prepare items for dispatch, ensuring correct packaging and documentation • Conduct regular stocktakes and reconciliations • Maintain accurate inventory records using inventory management systems • Assist with audits and reporting as required • Operate pallet jacks, trolleys, and other warehouse equipment safely • Perform routine maintenance checks on equipment and report any issues • Maintain a clean and safe working environment • Always follow workplace health and safety procedures • Handle hazardous materials safely and follow relevant protocols • Assist sales and retail staff as needed • Support colleagues with stock movement, replenishment, and merchandising • Provide excellent internal customer service to team members and managers • Assist with warehouse and store organisation projects • Perform ad hoc tasks as required by the supervisor or manager • Continuously look for ways to improve workflow and efficiency Requirements: • Previous experience in a similar role (minimum 1 year) • Good physical fitness and ability to lift items • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team Ultra Petroleum Gilgandra is committed to maintaining efficient operations and high service standards across our site.
