That means owning the divisional part of the regional business plan across financial performance, safety, people leadership, forward work, operational delivery and customer relationships. If you’re motivated by growth, fresh leadership and the chance to help shape something new, this is a role worth a proper look.

We’re friendly and practical, and we back good people to do their best work. We take the work seriously, not ourselves. That means high expectations, honest conversations, strong support and a team environment where ideas matter more than titles. In the Bay of Plenty, this is an exciting time to join. With new regional leadership in place and a newly created role, you’ll be part of shaping what comes next, not just maintaining what already exists.
