What We Are Looking For

• Proven experience as a Store Manager or senior leader (ASM/Supervisor), with a strong track record of driving sales and team performance
• The ability to work autonomously, with confidence to make in-store decisions that positively impact sales performance
• A growth mindset, actively seeking feedback and motivated to progress into flagship stores or senior leadership roles
• A confident coach with a passion for developing others and building engaged, high‑performing teams
• Strong operational standards across visual merchandising, stock control, and overall store presentation

Sales & Service

• Own whole-of-store performance by driving sales, added value, UPT, and exceptional customer experiences
• Lead by example by connecting with customers on the shop floor to drive sales
• Connect and educate our loyal customers on our world‑famous product

Coaching & Leadership

• Coach and develop a high‑performance, fun and energetic culture through hands‑on mentoring and on‑floor leadership.
• Manage and lead a diverse team to success across various aspects of our stores

Store Operations

• Deliver weekly feedback on business performance, wins, and opportunities
• Oversee day‑to‑day store operations – prioritising and delegating duties as needed
• Maintain high standards across wage control, shrink, VM execution and stock accuracy
• Understand and adhere to people safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe work environment
