We're looking for an experienced Test Manager to lead quality engineering and testing delivery across Silver Fern Farms' technology transformation landscape.
\nReporting to the Quality Engineering Practice Manager, you'll provide leadership, governance, and direction for testing activities across a diverse portfolio of technology initiatives, including our Core Modernisation programme, platform enhancements, and business-as-usual delivery.
\nYou’ll be responsible for developing and maintaining testing strategies, frameworks, and standards that enable successful delivery outcomes while driving consistency, quality, and continuous improvement across our technology ecosystem.
\nWorking closely with project teams, technology specialists, vendors, business stakeholders, and delivery leaders, you’ll play a key role in ensuring solutions are fit for purpose and delivered with confidence.
What You’ll Be Responsible For\nSilver Fern Farms continues to invest in technology that enables operational excellence, business growth, and continuous improvement.
\nAs the complexity and scale of our technology delivery portfolio grows, quality engineering and testing play an increasingly important role in ensuring successful outcomes. This position provides leadership and oversight across multiple streams of work, helping to ensure solutions are delivered reliably, efficiently, and with minimal risk.

\nExperience working with automation programmes, enterprise platforms, or large-scale systems integration projects will be highly regarded.
