At ASB, our purpose is to accelerate progress for all New Zealanders. We’re looking for an Associate Product Owner to join our Model Management squad within the Lend & Protect Tribe.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with detail, solving problems, and helping teams turn complex product, model and process requirements into clear, well‑managed outcomes.
Mō te tūranga | About the roleAs an Associate Product Owner in the Model Management squad, you’ll support the ongoing performance, governance and improvement of our home loan product models, calculators, fees and related processes.
Working closely with the Senior Product Manager, Product Owners, technical teams and business stakeholders, you’ll help ensure our models are well understood, clearly documented and operating in line with customer, business and regulatory expectations.
This role would suit someone with strong analytical thinking, good attention to detail and a practical understanding of product, process or delivery environments. You’ll be comfortable working through complexity, asking good questions, and helping create clear artefacts that support better decision‑making.
