We are seeking a motivated Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Thai restaurant in Te Puke. The successful applicant will ensure efficient restaurant operations, deliver excellent customer service, supervise staff, and maintain high standards of food quality and compliance.
Manage the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including dine-in, takeaway, and customer service activities.
· Collaborate with the Chef to update the menu based on customer feedback and sales performance to maximise profitability.
· Supervise and coordinate front-of-house and kitchen staff to ensure efficient operations and excellent customer service.
· Maintain high standards of customer service, food quality, and overall dining experience.
· Monitor stock levels, order supplies, and manage inventory to support uninterrupted service.
· Respond promptly to customer enquiries, complaints, and feedback, ensuring timely and professional resolution.
· Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health and safety regulations.
· Prepare staff rosters and manage shift scheduling to maintain efficient service levels.
· Monitor sales performance, operating costs, and daily cash reconciliation.
· Train and support staff in customer service standards, product knowledge, and workplace procedures.
