\n About the role\n
As a Leading Hand, you'll work alongside our Foremen, Engineers and Project Managers to coordinate day‑to‑day construction activities, support your crew and keep work progressing safely and efficiently.
\nThis is a hands‑on role where you'll spend your time out on site, leading small teams, solving problems and helping deliver high‑quality work.
\nNo two days will be the same. Depending on your experience, you could be involved in civil works, structural steel installation, mechanical construction, heavy lifting activities or specialist infrastructure works.
