Full time position with minimum 30 hours per week. Managing the restaurant and Bar operation.
Job Descriptions
Manage day-to-day restaurant operations, staff and customer service.
Oversee stock control, cash handling and staff rostering.
Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene and presentation of the food.
Manage sale of the liquor.
Required: minimium 3 years of work experience or relavent qualification.
