The Opportunity
An established and well-regarded contractor is looking to appoint an experienced Site Manager to support the delivery of a strong pipeline of Commercial projects across the Christchurch region.
This is a permanent opportunity with a business that has secured ongoing work and is well positioned for continued growth. The role will suit a practical, hands-on Site Manager who enjoys being close to the work, leading site teams from the front, and creating a well-run, collaborative site environment.
The Role
This is a key site leadership role responsible for managing the day-to-day delivery of commercial construction projects starting from initial design right through to completion and handover.
You will take ownership of site coordination, subcontractor management, short-term planning, health and safety, and programme delivery, while working closely with the Project Manager and wider project team to keep works progressing efficiently.
