Store Manager – Sylvia Park

Key Responsibilities

• Own overall store performance, driving sales and profit while controlling costs to achieve KPIs.
• Foster a customer‑centric culture that delivers exceptional, personal experiences.
• Provide inspirational leadership, coaching, and training to develop a high‑performing team.
• Develop and implement strategies to maximise sales and customer service targets.

• Follow all company behaviours, policies, procedures, and OH&S principles, maintaining a clean, safe work environment.

Qualifications and Experience

• 5+ years retail management experience.
• 3+ years proven leadership experience.
• Strong retail background, commercial acumen, and passion for customer service.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and coach teams, manage budgets, drive KPIs, and create compliant rosters.
• Integrity, honesty, open communication, and a strong work ethic.
• Physically capable of manual handling of furniture items.
• Applicants must be a NZ citizen, resident, or already have the right to work in New Zealand and hold a valid visa.

Working Hours

Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Sunday – 40 hour week.
