The Opportunity
As our South Island Account Manager, you'll:
● Drive sales success and meet clear KPIs
● Build and grow relationships with an established retailer network
● Deliver product training and presentations so retailers can best represent our brands
● Attend trade shows and events (some outside normal hours)
● Maintain a regular call cycle across the South Island (Christchurch, Dunedin & Invercargill are prime hubs)
● Work independently from a home base, supported by our Auckland head office
What you must have
● A current New Zealand Firearms Licence (non-negotiable - or the ability to obtain one promptly)
● Proven B2B sales/account management experience with a track record of hitting targets
● Strong communication, analytical, and computer skills
● A clean full New Zealand driver's licence
● Ability to work autonomously, stay organised, and report effectively
