ZY Accounting Services Limited provide top quality accounting services in Auckland. We now need an accountant to help us maintain a high level of service. This is a full-time job with guaranteed hours of 30 hours per week.

This role requires the following tasks and duties：

· Prepare year-end accounts for different types of clients like rental, trust, and company

· Processing payroll and filing PAYE with IRD.

· Prepare GST returns (one monthly, two monthly, or six-monthly).

· File income tax returns with the IRD

· Liaise with IRD, ACC, and Companies Office to resolve client issues.

· Preparing cash flow statement/forecast and budgetary models for discussion with management and clients

· Ensuring accounting policies are compliant and current for specific entities and clients

· Reviewing operating costs and clients’ income and expenditure, and discussing with management any concerns

· Providing assurance about the accuracy of information contained in financial reports and their compliance with statutory requirements

· Providing financial and taxation advice

· Advising clients on the selection and maintenance of the accounting system 

· Training clients on the use of existing or new accounting systems

· Maintaining our internal accounting system

The requirements of the role include

·      Have at least a bachelor’s degree in accounting or another relevant major

·      Have good attention to details

·      Have good communication skills
