About Us
Cinevan International Ltd is a well‑established wholesale company supplying a wide range of products including toys, gifts, household items, umbrellas, and general merchandise to retailers across New Zealand. Operating from our large warehouse facility in East Tāmaki, we manage high‑volume stock movement, supplier relationships, and nationwide distribution.
We are seeking a reliable and detail‑oriented Administrative Professional to join our team and support our daily business operations.
Key Responsibilities
The successful applicant will be responsible for:
Preparing, reviewing, and maintaining business documentation, records, and files
Processing customer orders, invoices, and supplier documentation
Managing data entry, filing systems, and internal databases
Assisting with import and stock documentation, including product information and compliance records
Coordinating communication between warehouse, sales, and management teams
Responding to customer and supplier enquiries in a professional manner
Preparing reports, summaries, and administrative updates for management
Supporting general office operations to ensure smooth workflow
Maintaining confidentiality and accuracy in all administrative tasks
Skills & Experience Required
To be successful in this role, you will have:
A Level 5 or above qualification or two years relevant experiences
Strong organisational and documentation skills
Good written and verbal communication abilities
Competency with Microsoft Office and basic computer systems
High attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong time‑management skills and the ability to prioritise tasks
Experience in administration, office support, or documentation handling is preferred but not essential, as training will be provided.
