The International Office plays a pivotal role in developing and strengthening the AUT's global presence, fostering international partnerships, Transnational Education (TNE), and ensuring the achievement of international student recruitment and engagement objectives.

AUT is entering a new and exciting phase of its journey as we seek a highly experienced leader to take on the pivotal role of Associate Director - International Student Recruitment to provide strategic leadership, innovation, and direction in delivering our international growth agenda.
Reporting to the Director International, you will lead AUT's international student recruitment (onshore and offshore based) and agent support teams to build sustainable and diverse pipelines of students. This role is critical in shaping our market diversification strategy, strengthening relationships with agents and partners, and driving innovative recruitment approaches that align with AUT's brand, values, and sustainability goals.
You will work closely with faculty leaders, Brand and Marketing Services, and a wide range of external stakeholders to deliver ambitious yet achievable growth targets, while ensuring AUT's reputation for quality is upheld.
