What will you be doing?
You don't need an HR background to succeed here. What matters is your analytical ability, client skills, and drive to learn. In this role, you'll:
Work with a portfolio of clients, providing advice and insights backed by data
Become an expert in remuneration tools, methodologies, and consulting practices (we'll train you)
Analyse data and translate it into clear, practical recommendations for clients
Guide organisations through salary reviews and performance-related pay decisions
Present insights to executives, boards, and HR teams with confidence
Spot opportunities to deepen relationships and grow client accounts
Contribute to workshops, training sessions, and projects alongside senior consultants
What's your background?
We're looking for people who bring a mix of numbers and people skills. You might come from finance, account management, relationship management, business development, sales, or consulting. Ideally, you'll have:
Strength in analysis, Excel, and problem-solving
Strong interpersonal skills — confident in meetings with clients at all levels
Experience working with data and presenting insights in a clear, compelling way
Curiosity, commercial acumen, and the confidence to learn new methodologies
A desire to be part of and contribute to a “one team” culture.
A degree in business, finance, economics, analytics or similar.
