Cover Trade Ltd is an Auckland-based company specialising in automotive window tinting services. We work with a range of car dealerships and automotive partners, providing high-quality tinting solutions for both individual customers and business clients.

Due to business growth and increasing partnerships with car dealers, we are looking for a full-time Business Development manager to join our team.

 
Responsibilities

  •   Develop and implement strategies to expand partnerships with car dealerships and automotive businesses to grow the window tinting service network.
  • Identify and approach potential car dealer partners, building long-term relationships to increase service demand.
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing dealer partners (currently 8 partners) to ensure ongoing collaboration and business growth.
  • Prepare and present business proposals and partnership plans to new automotive partners.
  • Negotiate and coordinate partnership agreements and contracts with dealers and automotive businesses.
  • Monitor partnership performance and identify new opportunities to expand the dealer network.

Key Skills

  • A Bachelor of Business, Management, Marketing, or a related field, a Bachelor’s degree in any discipline, or at least five years of business development or sales experience.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and organisational skills.
  • Strong ability to build and maintain professional relationships with business partners and clients.
  • A proactive and results-driven approach with the ability to identify and develop new business opportunities.
  • Good understanding of customer service and client relationship management.
  • A professional, self-motivated attitude with strong initiative and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Hourly rate $33 - $39 depending on experiences
